Warner Brings 'March of the Penguins' to Blu-ray, HD DVD

The adorable, tuxedo-clad mammals of 'March of the Penguins' will make their high-definition debut on March 27, when Warner Home Video brings the Oscar-winning doc to Blu-ray and HD DVD.

Billed as a "companion piece" to the animated blockbuster 'Happy Feet,' which the studio will also be releasing on high-def on the same day, 'March of the Penguins' will hit Blu-ray and HD DVD with matching specs.

Features include 1080p/VC-1 encoded transfers, Dolby Digital tracks and the same extras as the standard-def DVD release of 'Penguins,' among them two featurettes, an animated Warner Bros. cartoon short and the theatrical trailer.

Both the Blu-ray and HD DVD versions will retail for $28.95.
